Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle the full cycle of sales activities of commercial properties (e.g. source and secure prospective tenants, manage occupancies with new and renewal leases)
- Conduct site viewings with prospective tenants and participant in the negotiation of the offers
- Engage in networking sessions to build and maintain good relationship with tenants
- Collect and analyze market data on competitors and other projects
- Conduct presentations (e.g. market updates)
- Develop sales strategies and manage sales budget and expenditures
- Prepare periodical reports for Senior Management
- Prepare, monitor, follow-up and proper documentation of sales related documents
- Work with Lawyers on legal documentations
- Handle all sales, leasing and tenancy enquiries and requests (e.g. pre-termination, novation, renewals, complaints) relating to the projects
- Work closely with in-house teams and tenants to provide sales related support for the project
- Any other duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate or any related field
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Experience and knowledge of regulations in real estate development would be an added advantage
- Proven track record in office sales and leasing
- Well organized, meticulous and highly numerate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and tenant relationship management skills
- Resourceful, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment
