We are looking out for a dynamic and dedicated candidate to join our Moving Services team as a Business Lead Supervisor.
This is where you’ll play a key role in team leadership, operational excellence, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of supervisors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Operational Oversight: Assist the Business Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards.
- Customer Relationship Management: Engage with customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with the issuance of invoices.
- Communication Facilitation: Act as a liaison between management, supervisors, and frontline staff to ensure smooth and effective communication.
- Problem-Solving: Help resolve conflicts and operational issues by identifying and implementing effective solutions.
- Training & Development: Coordinate training and L&D programme with Human Resource to enhance the skills and knowledge of supervisors and team members.
- Reporting & Analytics: Support the Business Manager in analyzing sales and operational data, offering insights to optimize processes and improve fulfilment rates.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Assist the Business Manager with other duties and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class 3 Driving License or Higher.
- 3-5 Years of Supervisory Experience: Proven ability to manage teams effectively.
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact professionally with both internal teams and customers.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Logistics Experience (Preferred but Not Required): Experience in the logistics or moving industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft 365).
