- Welcomes and greets customers
- Ensure good personal grooming standards and portray professional image to the customers
- Build rapport with customers and manage their needs and expectations
- Attend to customer’s enquiries, propose menu, prepare quotation and coordinate events
- Upsell menu items to customers professionally
- Engage and provide excellent customer service to ensue pleasant dining experience
- Handle complaints in a timely manner and manage first level of service recovery
- Train Leading Hostess to provide exceptional service to customers
- Any other ad-hoc jobs or duties assigned by the Manager from time to time
