Job description
Supports HR in matters relating to manpower administration, adhering to Ministry of Manpower rules and regulations.
- Process SP/ WP/ EP application, renewal, cancellation and update MOM of any changes of foreign employees’ particulars.
- Update and maintain project employees’ record.
- Preparation of monthly payroll.
- Checking staff attendance including MC and keeping proper records of Staff’s Leave Entitlement
- Assist HR in recruitment exercise to support and maintain the organisation’s manpower needs.
- Arranging training course and upgrading programmes for employees as required.
- Perform any HR-related duties requested by Reporting Supervisor.
