- Monday to Friday: 9:00am~6:00pm
- Saturday/PH: 9:00am to 3:00pm (Once a month) (Additional allowance will be paid)

- Experience in order processing and handling of customer’s sales order
Job Scope:
- Prepare and send quotations, and process customer purchase orders.
- Provide top-notch support via phone, email, and chat for customer inquiries and issues.
- Handle claims for shipment delays, defective items, and pricing errors.
- Correct part number errors and coordinate with suppliers for lead time adjustments.
- Communicate with stakeholders about customer orders.
- Promote and assist customers with ordering through our e-commerce store.
Requirements:
- Experience in order processing and handling of customer’s enquiries
- Exeperince handling large volume of sales order
- Good Excel skills
