Mitsubishi Ufj Trust And Banking Corporation

Job Responsibilities:

  1. To facilitate and be responsible on the implementation of new market products/projects and initiatives, including putting up the policies/procedures and maintenance of Operations Procedure Manuals.
  2. Perform reporting to Management, Head Office, and MAS
  3. Perform internal control functions, including updates to policies and manuals, audit, BCP management, responding and compliance to changing regulations.
  4. Preparation/checker on Swift message and management of Swift system.
  5. Execution of wholesale loan transactions, including fund finance, structured finance, corporate finance, SBLC/LC and all types of corporate loan products
  6. Collaborate with various internal team, including Fund Finance, Compliance, Risk etc
  7. Ensure internal policies and procedures, regulatory and compliance requirements are met at all times.

Job Requirements:

  1. Degree in Finance/Business
  2. At least 6-8 years of working experience in international banks across for wholesale loan and various treasury product
  3. Experience required in fund finance, including structured finance, or corporate finance, SBLC/ LC, and all corporate loan products.
  4. Preferably with knowledge in Treasury products including FX/Money Market, Bond and Derivatives
  5. Knowledge and experience, and a strong understanding in Operations functions/processes, and a detailed-oriented professional
  6. Knowledge and experience in Swift System
  7. Excellent IT skill sets, proficiency in various banking market systems
  8. Pleasant personality, meticulous, good team player with a positive attitude in a fast paced and deadline-oriented environment
  9. Able to multi-task, demonstrates the ability to quickly pick up new topics and grasp key issues.
  10. Problem solver and takes ownership of assigned tasks and can manage tasks/project independently to final delivery.
  11. Possess good communication skills to engage stakeholders across different functions, escalate issues in a timely manner to management for direction and resolution.
  12. Proactive and highly motivated individual who is passionate about adding value to a new business/initiative.
