Responsibilities
- Recruitment (Up to Senior Executive) & Self-Assessment Tool
- New Staff On-Boarding Preparation & Orientation
- Update Personal Particulars & Scanning of docs into HRMS (CSP)
- Update Tenancy Renewals for insurance (office/retail stores)
- Office & Retail Stores Insurance Renewal Proposals
- Local Health Screening Proposal & Tracking
- Issuance or Cancellation of iHP cards
- Training Needs Analysis Proposal
- Training Registration & Post Training Follow up
- Verification of Recurring Invoices
- Post Letters, Mails collection & Courier Arrangement
- Salesperson's Mileage Checking & Updating "Electricity/Water/Petrol Usage & Recycle Paper Records Updating
- (Office & Retail stores, retail no water usage)"
- Stationery & Pantry Supplies Ordering (except fruits day)
- Repairs & Maintenance of Office (office lights, etc.)
- Issue/collect back of Name Cards, Name Stamps, Office Keys, etc.
- Season-Parking Application or Temporary Changes for Replacement Car
- Update Contact List & Seating Plan
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent discipline
- At least 1 year of experience in a HR role
- Recruitment & knowledge Employment Act is a bonus
- Able to start work immediately
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel & Word
