Responsibilities

  • Recruitment (Up to Senior Executive) & Self-Assessment Tool
  • New Staff On-Boarding Preparation & Orientation
  • Update Personal Particulars & Scanning of docs into HRMS (CSP)
  • Update Tenancy Renewals for insurance (office/retail stores)
  • Office & Retail Stores Insurance Renewal Proposals
  • Local Health Screening Proposal & Tracking
  • Issuance or Cancellation of iHP cards
  • Training Needs Analysis Proposal
  • Training Registration & Post Training Follow up
  • Verification of Recurring Invoices
  • Post Letters, Mails collection & Courier Arrangement
  • Salesperson's Mileage Checking & Updating "Electricity/Water/Petrol Usage & Recycle Paper Records Updating
  • (Office & Retail stores, retail no water usage)"
  • Stationery & Pantry Supplies Ordering (except fruits day)
  • Repairs & Maintenance of Office (office lights, etc.)
  • Issue/collect back of Name Cards, Name Stamps, Office Keys, etc.
  • Season-Parking Application or Temporary Changes for Replacement Car
  • Update Contact List & Seating Plan

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent discipline
  • At least 1 year of experience in a HR role
  • Recruitment & knowledge Employment Act is a bonus
  • Able to start work immediately
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel & Word
