Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and lead a dynamic team. This position offers a competitive salary with performance-based incentives and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure the store’s product displays are consistent with the brand's image.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle and resolve customer issues, store emergencies, and other related matters.
- Conduct staff training and provide ongoing support to improve performance.
- Manage inventory and prepare monthly sales reports and analysis.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of retail sales or management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage store operations and motivate a team.
- Familiarity with office software and basic data analysis tools.
- Previous experience in the health supplements, cosmetics, alcohol, jewelry, or high-end retail sectors is highly preferred.
- Excellent appearance and professional demeanor.
- Candidates are preferred to have at least a diploma or higher. Exceptional candidates without formal qualifications will also be considered.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, proactive and results-driven, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience: Experience managing a store and leading a team of 1-2 staff members is highly preferred.
