QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER | INSURANCE INDUSTRY

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular quality checks on processes and claims to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance guidelines and best practices for operational procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer interactions and claims to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with teams to enhance quality and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present reports on quality performance, highlighting trends and actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in quality assurance within the insurance industry is preferred.
  • BCP and PGI Certs will be advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
