Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular quality checks on processes and claims to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance guidelines and best practices for operational procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions and claims to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with teams to enhance quality and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports on quality performance, highlighting trends and actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in quality assurance within the insurance industry is preferred.
- BCP and PGI Certs will be advantageous
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
