Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the centre’s team to achieve sales target given by management
- Ensure centre operate smoothly by adhering to SOP and deliver excellent services
- Maintain good rapport with customers, ensure all customers’ need are being taken care of
- Oversees facilities, resources, equipment of the centre
- Foster a positive working environment, establish open communication, coach and mentor team members
- Set clear expectations for the team, conduct performance evaluations, collect feedbacks, and recognize team member’s effort
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- At least 2 years of working experience in the same role with people management experience
- Sales and service-driven, result-oriented
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Passion in education field
- Problem solver, independent
Other Information:
- Salary up to $4.2k (depends on experience)
- 5 days work week
