4、Continuously optimise the company's human resources allocation, continue to enhance the company's overall organisational capacity;
5, within the scope of responsibility, external business on behalf of the company;
6、Participate in the company's important matters of analysis and decision-making, for the enterprise's development strategy as well as the annual business plan for the general manager to express their views on decision-making;
7、Responsible for guiding and supervising the daily work of subordinates based on the company's monthly work plan;
8、Responsible for reviewing the company's product quality improvement in the medium and long term plan;
9、Establish and improve the production technology and quality system;
10、Responsible for regular reports to the general manager and the company on the progress of various projects.
