RESPONSIBILITIES
As an intern in the Talent Attraction Team under the Human Resource Department, this role plays an important part in promoting the company as an employer of choice and building a strong talent pipeline. This intern would learn and be responsible for hiring interns with necessary guidance to deliver the desired learning outcomes and business deliverables.
You would:
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates for internships.
- Conduct initial screening calls or video interviews to assess basic qualifications.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including sending calendar interview invites.
- Ensure candidates have necessary instructions for the interview process.
- Work with different departments to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies.
- Provide feedback and updates to hiring managers regarding candidate progress.
- Help coordinate campus recruiting activities, such as career fairs, info sessions, and networking events.
- Assist in building relationships with university career services and student organisations to promote internships.
- Update and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate information and interview outcomes.
- Perform any other tasks as requested by the Superior.
You are:
- An undergraduate specialising in Human Resource. All other courses are welcome as well.
- Ready to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
- Strong in communication and possess stakeholder management skills.
- Meticulous and looking to learn and apply knowledge.
- Proficient in Google Suite Applications.
