Job Scope:
• Develop and execute comprehensive regional consumer marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and brand goals.
• Analyze and map the end-to-end customer journey to identify key touchpoints and opportunities for improvement in lead generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, digital, customer service) to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty, using insights gathered from customer feedback and data analysis.
• Design and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms.
• Create and curate compelling content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand messaging.
• Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to maximize reach and impact.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence team and conduct market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and emerging trends within the region.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and consumer insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize campaigns.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
• Collaborate with country and regional marketing teams to align strategies and share best practices.
• Work with external agencies and vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across regional campaigns, adapting content and creative assets to local markets as needed
• Oversee regional events, sponsorships, and promotional activities to drive consumer engagement and brand visibility
• Use data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports to leadership and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Manage regional marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to high-impact initiatives. Measure and report on campaign performance and ROI
Job Requirements:
• Min. Degree in Marketing/ Business in any field
• Min. 4-5 years relevant experience preferably with FMCG experiences
• A proactive attitude and a goal-getter mindset, demonstrating the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software.
