Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of SAP FICO professionals, including mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and skill development.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- SAP FICO Implementation and Optimization:
- Lead the design, implementation, and customization of SAP FICO solutions to address complex business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective system configurations.
- Ensure the integration of SAP FICO modules with other relevant modules and external systems.
- Financial Process Improvement:
- Analyze existing financial processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and streamlining using SAP FICO capabilities.
- Design and implement improvements to financial processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Project Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute SAP FICO projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage project resources effectively.
- Technical Expertise:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP FICO, staying current with industry trends, updates, and best practices.
- Provide expert advice on SAP FICO configuration, customization, and integration to solve complex business challenges.
- User Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver training programs to end users, ensuring their proficiency in using SAP FICO functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support to resolve user issues, answer queries, and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP FICO configurations, processes, and solutions.
- Generate regular reports on system performance, process efficiency, and project status for management review.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and support.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- SAP Certification is a strong plus.
- Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into effective SAP FICO solutions.
