- Analyze recruitment needs, plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract top candidates, and identify suitable candidates to align perfectly with our business requirements.
- Familiar with work pass processes—application, issuance, renewal, and the occasional cancellation.
- Arrange security bonds and dormitory for new and exisiting employees.
- Knowledgeable in foreign embassy procedures, visa and passport renewals.
- Arrange repatriation for our work pass holders.
- Understand local employment laws and work-pass intricacies.
- Administer Work Injury Compensation (WIC) claims, facilitate work-injury special pass applications and cancellations.
- Familar with HRMS systems.
- Manage Primary Care Plan for work-pass employees and assist with employee medical benefits.
- Maintain personnel files and keep our HR network folders tidy.
- Help management during the annual appraisal process.
- Liaise with Training Centres to arrange courses.
- Familiar with payroll administration.
- Review and renew company insurance policies, licenses, and memberships.
