Job Duties
- Reports to the Project Manager.
- Handle progress claims, VO and finalization of project accounts.
- Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects and developers Certification of claims for sub-contractors and suppliers for progress payment and finalization of accounts.
- Handle purchasing including but not limited to calling for quotations, negotiations, etc.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience with the contractors.
- Candidate with experience in Civil Engineering works will also be considered.
- Detailed, with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadline.
