Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and support in executing programmes conducted by FAM@FSC. This may include providing administrative and logistical support to meet clients' needs, manage end-to-end programme operations and review programmes’ SOPs regularly.
- Perform record-keeping duties and administrative work such as updating of programme-related data and reports.
- Assist in planning and execution of outreach activities such as publicity of programmes.
- Partner with different stakeholders to meet prorgrammes’ needs.
- Process claims related to programmes’ expenses.
- Provide general administrative support to FAM@FSC team.
Requirements:
- Diploma or relevant related qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate to work with parents and children.
- Able to work on Saturday morning
