Job Description:
- Taking reservations, managing seating, taking orders, settling bills, etc.
- Provide high-quality customer service to guests.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Ensure guest needs are handled and recommend promotional items to them.
- Ensure items/dishes are well stocked, and display cases are attractive and clean.
- Ensure that workstations are set up before the shift commences.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the restaurant.
- Strictly abide by health and sanitation regulations
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager
Job Requirements:
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work for a split shift
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate in the line of F&B.
