Roles and Responsibilities

· Proficient in managing high-profile architectural and interior projects with corporate and private clients

· Working with the team across projects to deliver design and technical excellence that meet high-quality standards.

· Plans, coordinates, and manages the project process, maintaining involvement throughout.

· Liaises with Senior Associate/Director to ensure that innovative and thought-provoking projects are delivered consistently.

· Leads project meetings and some client presentations, increasingly acting as the primary contact for client interaction and maintaining good relationships with clients to maximize opportunities for repeat business.

· Role models and fosters a collaborative environment in which innovation is encouraged and best practices shared.

· Leads, guides and provides training to junior talent, providing timely feedback that contributes to their continuing creative, technical and professional development.

· Initiates or participates in the studio or group activities, leads brainstorming sessions and manages conflicts effectively.

· Leads project meetings and some client presentations, increasingly acting as the primary contact for client interaction and maintaining good relationships with clients to maximize opportunities for repeat business.

· Engages with colleagues to support the development of new business, enhancing internal and external communication via functions, events, forums and publications.

· Assists in the preparation of fee bids and undertakes fee proposals and fee negotiations for projects.

· Demonstrates a sound understanding of cost control, fee charging and project finance, and ensures project fees are maximized and project targets are achieved through sensible management of time and allocated resource.


Job Requirements

· Bachelor/ Master’s degree qualified in a related design field or holding equivalent certification; professional registration is preferred.

· At least 10 years’ experience in a similar role with responsibilities that apply in-depth knowledge of architectural principles and design.

· Fluent in spoken and written English and Proficient in Vietnamese

· Enthusiasm for architecture and design, commitment, reliability and team spirit

· Proficient in computer applications commonly used within your discipline - Revit is essential.

· A talented designer, with a portfolio that showcases great creativity and innovative thinking.

· Experience in successfully delivering large-scale projects through all work stages, within APAC regions.

· Strong organizational and supervisory skills; you have a proven ability to manage projects and people to deliver great results.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, to meet often tight deadlines, and to work proactively as part of a committed team.

· Ability to lead, develop and maintain a respectful and trusting relationship.

· Ability to relate and work well with people at all levels within the team and within the wider office, as well as externally with clients

· A strong passion for architecture, interior architecture, and interior design.

· Proactive, but tactful, in ensuring others within the team meet deadlines (etc)

· Able to travel as required.
