- Ensure timely arrival at all destinations.
2. Vehicle Management:
- Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, including regular cleaning and servicing.
- Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is roadworthy.
- Manage fuel levels and keep accurate records of mileage and maintenance.
3. Route Planning:
- Plan and choose the most efficient routes to avoid delays and traffic problems.
- Stay informed about road conditions and any relevant detours or closures.
4. Professional Conduct:
- Exhibit a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all matters related to the CEO’s schedule and discussions.
5. Communication:
- Communicate effectively with the CEO’s office for scheduling and any changes in plans.
- Be available for requests outside of standard hours, if necessary.
6. Emergency Preparedness:
- Be prepared to respond to emergencies, including providing first aid if needed.
- Have a plan in place for alternative transportation in case of vehicle issues.
Requirement -
Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
- Previous experience as a chauffeur or driver for high-level executives preferred.
- Knowledge of the local area and traffic regulations.
