Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain facilities at the centers, collaborating with contractors and vendors in adherence to all regulatory standards.

• Conduct regular inspections and contractor performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement.

• Ensure preventive, corrective, and ad-hoc maintenance is completed to meet required standards.

• Develop and execute processes to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.

• Support the development of emergency scenarios and hospital tabletop exercises.

• Participate in setting up infrastructure and ensuring system readiness for operational activities.

• Manage fault reporting to address issues promptly.

• Ensure clinic infrastructure is adequate, safe, and functional.

• Track and report operational issues to management with timely feedback.

• Coordinate daily operations to ensure prompt, efficient services.

• Perform tasks following standard operating procedures, ensuring smooth and safe clinic operations.

• Monitor and compile statistics on clinical operations, key performance indicators (KPIs), and submit periodic reports.

• Gather and consolidate user requirements for projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.

• Maintain thorough documentation to support all maintenance activities and project administration.

• Continuously assess and improve operational workflows.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.



Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering.

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• High attention to detail and meticulousness.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Customer service-oriented.

• Effective communication skills (both phone and email).

• Previous experience in Healthcare/Medical care is an advantage, though not required.

• Independent worker with a proactive approach to operations improvement.

• Hands-on and team-oriented, requiring minimal supervision.
