Job Description
- Managing the correspondence and communications of the organisation such as phone calls, post and emails, record-keeping or data entry into financial, personnel and legal databases and records
- Managing and Organising of purchase and delivery orders and proper submission of supporting documents including follow-up of suppliers and invoices.
- Maintenance and organisation of company records
scheduling of meetings and appointments within the company including executive schedules, meetings, tender and other related events - Management and supervision of office and project inventory including coordination with project coordinator, engineers and managers
- Maintenance and supervision of company expenses tracking and billing cycles
- Assists in daily department operations including progress report, manpower schedule, project schedule, etc
- Assists communication with consultants, client & main / sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement as instructed by project coordinator/engineer/manager
- Manages worker documentation, records, daily timesheet inputs and contracts including all MOM requirements and regulations

- Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing
- Assists in progress report, Method Statements and technical submissions
- Assists in project compilation with regulations and clients’ specifications
- Assists site paperworks and daily information to all staff anf workers to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace
- To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Building Services Engineering, Project and Facilities Management or equivalent.
- Diploma holders with relevant work experience are welcome to apply
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in construction industry.
- Must be self-driven & motivated to achieve service excellence
- Willing to learn and hardworking
