Position Objective
The Marketing Intern will support the marketing plan for Camp Asia across digital and print advertising, communications, PR and events.
Responsibilities
Marketing Support:
· Assist the Marketing Executive with marketing plan for Camp Asia across digital and print advertising, advertorials, PR and events.
· Assist in the execution of relevant community-based initiatives in which Camp Asia can play a relevant part to support awareness/ positive brand perception.
· Support the maintenance of content for the Camp Asia website and printed materials to keep it up to date with upcoming holiday programs.
· Assist with the execution of a Communications Plan across social, firefly and EDM’s targeted at current parents across Camp Asia, Stamford and AIS.
· Regularly monitor competitor and website analysis for Camp Asia Business Reviews.
· Support the marketing contract and invoice file and processing procedure for Camp Asia.
Administrative and office support and recruitment:
· Maintain filing systems ensuring compliance and accuracy with regards to policies and procedures and relevant HR documents.
· Assist with organizing and setting up interviews.
· Source and acquire supplies for Camps.
· Maintaining an accurate database for recruitment of staff.
· Assist with candidate applications and the maintenance of sensitive and private candidate information.
· Screen candidate applications and ensure prompt follow up and processing.
· Preparing and sending of contracts.
Logistical administrative support during camps
· Provide logistical administrative support during Camps, working closely with and providing support to the Head of Camp Asia and Camp Asia Manager.
· Onsite liaising with relevant managers to organize camps.
· Preparing timetable for camps and coaches.
· Support the promotion and execution of Camp events internally and externally including expat fairs.
Position Requirements
· Tertiary qualification / Diploma, preferably in Marketing
· Keen interest or some experience in event management will be an added advantage
· Excellent communication skills, preferably bilingual
· Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
· Possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Qualifications
· Currently an ITE/polytechnic/university student based in Singapore and pursuing a course in Marketing /Events Management /Outdoor & Adventure Learning or other relevant courses.

Terms of Employment
· Working Hours 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday; 9:00 am – 12:00pm Occasional Weekends
· Holiday Camp 7:00am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday; 9:00 am – 12:00pm Occasional Weekends
· Annual Leave
· Referee request: Required
· Background Check: Required
