Requirement
· 5+ years of experience production support & development , and 6+ years of IT industry experience
· Experience in application support role for min 4 years for support
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement effective Integration strategies.
· 1st & 2nd Level trouble shooting of payment applications issues.
· Experience in programming languages such as JAVA/J2EE.
· Experience in Unix commands , SQL queries
· Knowledge of web applications, batch jobs, JBOSS, MariaDB, Oracle, Shell
· Knowledge of Job scheduling, MQ setup , C:D setup experience is a plus
· Liaise with infra & Vendor & e defect and infra related issue to internal team and external vendors
· Escalate the incident or problem cases to team lead or manager where necessary.
· Strong written, oral communication skills and able to manage user / vendor / customer
· Responsible for software development, developing new enhancement for the systems, system debugging, bug fixes, production deployment, co-ordinate with user for user acceptance test
· To monitor, support and maintain the Banking payment applications
· Good to have knowledge in F5, loadbalancer, Proxy, HSM
· Good to have knowledge cheque clearance system
· Domain knowledge of the financial/banking sector.
