Job Description
provide administrative support:
A. Recruitment Support Functions such as:
- Communication of interview arrangements with job applicants over the phone and via email
- Assist team in administering written tests
- Data Entry
- E-filing of documents in preparation for Interviews
B. Other ad hoc duties such as:
- Filing and shredding of documents
- Logistical support for HR activities
Work Schedule:
- Salary: $2400 / month
- Contract Period: 6 months
- Nearest MRT: Havelock Road
- Working days: Mon to Fri
- Working hours: Mon to Fri: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Job Requirement:
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Meticulous and thorough
• Positive attitude, eager to learn.
• Experience with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience in customer service, admin work and/or managing events is advantageous.
