R&R

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to lawyers, including conducting searches, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements and fetching mails/deliveries. The office size is < 5 pax.
  • Document Support: Proofread, format, print and store MS Office files.
  • Management Support: Liaise with internal and third-party providers in relation to accounting, legal, HR and IT.
  • Office Supply: Keep abreast of office supplies inventory, order supplies and ensure office equipments are ready for use.
  • Client Greeting: Handle inquiries via phone, greet visitors and ensure a professional and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary education diploma or above.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Korean is a plus but not a must.
