Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations and assist in audits.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI, CAT or its equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years experience preferably in similar industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA certification or working towards it.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
