What you will be doing:
- Handle Giro matters
- Handle feedback and MPS email.
- Handle petty cash
- Update tracking list for refund of permit deposit for all division
- Checking system generated notice
- Prepare weekly call centre reports and duty roster for call centre
- Manage Cashier and counter duties
You are:
- Proficiency in managing Giro transactions and related tasks.
- Ability to handle and respond to feedback and MPS (Mail Processing System) emails.
- Experience in managing and reconciling petty cash.
- Skill in updating tracking lists for permit deposit refunds across all divisions.
- Capable of checking and verifying system-generated notices.
- Experience in preparing weekly call centre reports and creating duty rosters.
- Ability to manage cashier responsibilities and handle counter duties efficiently
