Job description
· Handling all corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of Singapore and international companies
· Prepare necessary documents for AGM, EGM, resolution, striking off, XBRL and etc
· E-submission of return to ACRA and IRAS
· Any other Corporate Secretarial duties
Requirement
· Possess a Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred)
· Good understanding of corporate secretarial practices such as Companies Act would be an added advantage
· Good verbal & written communication in English and Mandarin. Able to interact with International and Chinese-speaking clients
· Preferably with a minimum of 2 years of experience
