Responsibilities
- Responsible for incident control, management, activation of rightful parties for incident response and timely reporting/escalation.
- Responsible as Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM) under CERT team setup/committee.
- Represent clients on Contractors management and to ensure Contractors’ safety compliance/maintenance and upgrading activities of all fire protection systems including power shutdown.
- General SFSM duties and inspection of fire protection & safety systems.
- To liaise and coordinate with MOM & SCDF on all matters pertaining to fire & safety and its requirements.
- Ensure that the fire & safety and protection systems are maintained to the standards that meet the local statutory requirements.
- Organize and conduct fire evacuation drills, tabletop exercises and fire & safety training.
- Prepare, formulate, and implement Fire Emergency Plan (FEP), Emergency Response Plan (ERP), Arson Prevention Plan (APP), In-place Protection Plan (IPP) and Tremor Emergency Plan (TEP).
- Organize campaigns, training courses, competitions, contests, and other activities which will develop and maintain the interest of the occupants within the premises in establishing a fire safe environment and carry out such other duties as may require.
- Co-ordinate critical out-of-hours issue & participate as a key team member in responses to emergency situations.
- Liaison closely with the client on-site representatives to address problems and/or enhance working environment
- performance.
- Work collaboratively with facilities team colleagues both within the client location & in the wider company network.

Requirements
- A Diploma in Engineering related
- Relevant Experience in Fire Safety
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
