Salary: $4,500 – $5,500 (Based on experience)
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will oversee the design, execution, and commissioning of advanced Turbo Machinery System solutions, ensuring that all projects are delivered to the highest standards in terms of quality, cost, and time. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, guide junior engineers, and manage customer relationships effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the review of project scope, budget, and technical specifications.
- Develop and manage detailed schedules, project execution plans, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Monitor and control project cost, quality, scope, and schedule to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate and lead design reviews, client meetings, and technical discussions.
- Oversee the development and programming of PLC-based systems using customer design documents and proprietary libraries.
- Prepare and lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and oversee customer-witnessed FATs.
- Perform commissioning of complex systems and assist end users in troubleshooting processes.
- Identify, address, and escalate any project-related risks or issues to management.
- Support the preparation of sales proposals by reviewing customer specifications.
- Collaborate with regional teams and travel across the Asia Pacific region to support project activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing PLC-based control systems, especially in the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, or Petrochemical industries.
- Strong proficiency in MS Outlook, Project, Excel, Visio, and PLC-based IEC1131 languages.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team.
- Positive attitude, self-initiative, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
