The Club Lounge Executive manages the daily operations that surround the 1823 Reading Room, and club rooms/suites.
The Club Lounge Executive has good social skills, is able to multi-task, and excel in time management and build a close rapport with all guests. He/she should also have a good knowledge of The Robertson House’s brand story. Familiarity with local city geography, restaurants, and historical attractions are a plus points together with basic knowledge and skills in Food and Beverage.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all SOPs and PNPs are adhered to and carried out based on organization standards.
- Preparation of arrival guest, tip top room inspection and extend personalized checks in and checks out.
- Perform good and pleasant customer skill with internal and external guest.
- Welcome guest on arrival and assist them during their stay which includes enquiries (e.g. local attraction / dining reservation) and feedback.
- Perform check-out and other cashiering tasks accurately and ensure cashier work are tallies before end of shift.
- Monitor Club Lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of the entire Club Lounge.
- Ensure Breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail period at the Club Lounge is being set up before schedule time.
- Check inventories and requisition all necessary supplies, transporting supplies from storeroom to Club Lounge set-up area as required.
- Forecast additional meal requirements and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
- Good problem-solving skills on guest’s feedback and escalate to the next inline if is beyond your empowerment.
- Able to train and guide newly onboarding colleagues and process good leadership skills.
- Execute tasks as instructed by Club Lounge Managers / Supervisors.
