We are seeking a temporary HR Manager to support HR Division in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills and HR experience. This temporary position offers an excellent opportunity to gain diverse experience in HR operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can quickly adapt to our processes and contribute effectively to our HR team.
Key responsibilities include:
Digitisation and Analytics
- Tabulate staff statistics generated from HR system, perform data analysis, prepare reporting and maintain tableau dashboard
- Support digitisation of staff’s personal files and archival of staff records
- Assist with HR system data clean-up (e.g. staff records)
Engagement and Outreach
- Support planning and execution of HR activities/events (e.g. Staff Awards, Promotion Ceremony etc)
- Design publicity materials for HR related initiatives
- Arrange 1-on-1 chats with D/HRD
Benefits Administration
- Support benefits administration, including processing claims and addressing benefits queries
Other Administrative tasks
- Support in arranging audit meetings and collation of information
- Monitor and track division’s budget
- Process university billings for pre-service scholars and salary invoices for seconded-in officers
Requirements
The role requires a blend of technical proficiency, policy knowledge and collaboration skills. Key skills include
- HR Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practice
- Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, analyse, and interpret HR data
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and processing
