Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in planning, coordinating and running the daily restaurant operations to ensure that customer service standards are maintained at all times.
- Creating a positive guest experience and handle customer’s request professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate all reservations to ensure optimum capacity.
- Handle complaints or feedback concerning food and service.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in restaurant management
- At least 1-5 years of experience in managing a restaurant, preferably familiar with Japanese fine dining.
- Strong knowledge in Japanese cuisine, wine and sake
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
