The Senior Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible in assisting the Manager in all restaurant operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all aspects in the restaurant, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
· Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations
· Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service
· Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
· Maintain quality control for all food served
· Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
· Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly
· Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
· Look for ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
· Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports
· Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
· Attend quarterly P&L meetings

Minimum Qualifications
· Must have 3-5 years experience in restaurant supervision.
· Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
· Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
· Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
· Communication and leadership skills.
· Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
· Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
