Position Summary:

We are assisting our client in seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in chemical sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success.


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and target potential customers in various industries; pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, etc
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling and other sales techniques
  • Prepare and deliver outstanding sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationship with new and existing clients
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements

3. Market Research & Analysis

  • Stay updated with industry trends, market condition, and competitor activities
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential markets
  • Analyse sale data and market trends to develop sales forecasts and strategies.

4. Sales Reporting

  • Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance, forecasts and market analysis.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and achieve targets.

Requirements

  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering /Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales in the chemical industry
  • Strong knowledge of chemical products and their applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented and able to work independently.


Basic Salary: SGD5,000 – SGD5,500

Car Allowance: SGD1,000 (for existing car owner) OR Company car provided
