Job Responsibilities:
- HR Operations Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Responsibilities include processing employee data, maintaining HR records, and handling HR communications.
- Work Pass Management: Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, managing resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts.
- Policy Support: Assist in the development and updating of HR policy materials as needed.
Relevant Experience and Skills:
- Experience in an administrative or HR role.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of all HR-related information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
