HR Management System:
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, and performance management. Ensure all processes are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement employee engagement initiatives. Assist in organizing company events, wellness programs, and team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues. Provide clear and accurate guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Ensure timely and effective resolution of employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations. Ensure that HR practices comply with legal requirements and company policies. Conduct regular audits to identify and address compliance issues.
- Coordinate and participate in campus engagement activities such as career fairs and internship programs. Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions to attract and recruit top talent.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
- Prior Human Resource Operations experience
