Job Description:
- Report to BIM Project Engineer / Manager.
- Coordinate and supervise ACMV services and installation works on-site.
- Coordinate and update Building Information Models (BIM) and other related data.
- Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure timely coordination of works.
- Implement safety management and Safe Management Measures (SMM) on-site
Minimum Requirements:
- Nitec, Diploma, Specialist Diploma, or higher in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- BIM experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training provided for fresh graduates or those without experience.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Independence and a willingness to learn new skills.
