Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute social media strategies that are in line with the company's business objectives.
- Develop and execute digital and social media campaign plans, including creating content (photos, reels, videos, etc) for social media platforms.
- Plan and execute outreach activities and events (schools and community) and campaigns.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
- Manage advertising and promotional activities, including collaborations and partnerships.
- Responsible for the growth of social media platforms
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in content marketing, social media marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- A passion for marketing, advertising, and digital content.
- A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new or fast-changing challenges.
- A team player with the ability to work independently.
- Required to work on some weekends for events.
