Job Description
Reporting to: Project Director
Responsibilities:
- Manage scopes of ACMV/HVAC and ensure adherence to contract obligations related to company scope.
- Oversee project cost management and ensure timely reporting and communication with clients, stakeholders, and workforce.
- Ensure compliance with engineering practices and safety implementations in project management.
- Plan and implement project schedules, procurement processes, cost management, and contractual fulfilment.
- Lead and coordinate with team engineers and coordinators to ensure effective communication and execution of tasks.
- Supervise testing and commissioning of necessary systems and structures.
- Implement and govern the safety management system on site.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong management, communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, independence, commitment, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience in BIM is preferred. Candidates willing to learn and achieve BIM skills/qualifications will be supported.
