Profile

Secretary to the Ambassador (Embassy Executive Assistant)


Main duties

  • Manage the agenda of the Head of Mission and the weekly work plan of the official driver.
  • Perform administrative and support tasks for the diplomatic staff.
  • Receive, prepare, manage, dispatch and classify correspondence.
  • Prepare and dispatch official communications.
  • Manage telephone and electronic communications.
  • Manage official documentation and contact databases.
  • Support the organization and management of events and meetings.

Required skills

  • Basic administrative knowledge and Office programs
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Coordination and effective communication
