Secretary to the Ambassador (Embassy Executive Assistant)
Main duties
- Manage the agenda of the Head of Mission and the weekly work plan of the official driver.
- Perform administrative and support tasks for the diplomatic staff.
- Receive, prepare, manage, dispatch and classify correspondence.
- Prepare and dispatch official communications.
- Manage telephone and electronic communications.
- Manage official documentation and contact databases.
- Support the organization and management of events and meetings.
Required skills
- Basic administrative knowledge and Office programs
- Ability to work in a team
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Coordination and effective communication
