Roles & Responsibilities
We are a construction company, looking for a administractive assitant, who are able to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will play a key role in streamlining administrative operations and ensuring effective communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to office and construction teams.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure data is accurately recorded and stored.
• Handle inventory tracking for office supplies and production materials.
• Support documentation related to engineering production, such as preparing and filing reports, production logs, and safety records.
• Assist with procurement processes, including liaising with suppliers and vendors.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to facilitate smooth workflow between office and production departments.
• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, photocopying, and document management.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as requested by the company.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum O-Level education or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of office and production environments is preferred, but not required.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
