Responsibilities:
- Assist TCM physicians and health advisors during consultations, ensuring efficient patient care.
- Perform receptionist and administrative duties including patient registration, appointment scheduling, answering phone inquiries, data entry, and filing.
- Ability to dispense herbal medicine to clients based on physician’s prescription
- Conduct regular stock-taking of clinic supplies and coordinate with external vendors for logistics.
- Accurately update billing records and reconcile daily collections.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including housekeeping
- Potentially work across multiple clinic locations as needed.
- Be open to training for higher-level responsibilities.
