Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Executive with expertise in Social Media, Content Development, and Website Management. This role will play a key part in enhancing our brand’s online presence, engaging our audience, and driving growth. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating compelling content, managing social media channels, and updating our website to ensure it reflects the latest campaigns, products, and brand information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive engagement
- Content Development: Develop high-quality, shareable content (graphics, videos, blog posts) to support campaigns and product launches, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives
- Website Management: Regularly update website content, including blog posts, product pages, landing pages, and banners, ensuring a seamless user experience and up-to-date information
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Work closely with the management to strategize, execute, and evaluate both organic and paid social media campaigns
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of social media content, campaigns, and website performance, leveraging insights to improve engagement and drive conversions
- SEO & Content Optimization: Optimize social media posts and website content for SEO to improve search rankings and enhance visibility
- Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends, competitor strategies, and social media innovations to maintain relevance and a competitive edge
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and website management
- Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, or Shopify) and basic HTML is a plus
- Experience with social media advertising (paid ads) and SEO best practices
- Graphic design and video editing experience (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro) is highly preferred
