Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee Distribution Services: Plan, execute, and manage all distribution activities, including receiving, storing, delivering, and handling product returns, to ensure a seamless operation.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory movement using FIFO (First In, First Out) principles, perform regular stock counts, and implement effective control measures.
- Collaborate on Order Fulfillment: Work closely with drivers and prepare stocks according to delivery orders, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
- Optimize Warehouse Operations: Monitor storage spaces to maximize utilization and enhance the overall efficiency of warehouse processes.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain all delivery order documentation and reports, keeping everything accurate and up-to-date.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Uphold high standards of safety and housekeeping within the warehouse.
- Issue Resolution: Promptly report any stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor for immediate action.
- Additional Duties: Take on other related tasks as needed to support smooth warehouse operations.
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have a minimum of 1 years of experience in a warehouse operational role.
- Should be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and WMS.
- Must be physically fit.
- Should be comfortable working in a cold room environment.
- A valid forklift license and experience operating material handling equipment is highly advantageous.
