Position Summary:
We are looking for a bilingual Counter Crew member to join our team in Killiney. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role, excellent public relations skills, and the ability to perform various tasks, including operating a toast system, assisting with coffee preparation, dispensing food orders, performing dishwashing duties, and handling cashier responsibilities as needed. Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Provide friendly and efficient service to customers at the counter.
· Operate the toast system and other equipment to prepare and serve food items.
· Assist the coffee maker with coffee preparation and other beverage tasks as needed.
· Dispense all food orders accurately and promptly.
· Perform dishwashing duties to ensure a clean sanitary kitchen environment.
· Handle cashier duties, including processing transactions, issuing receipts, and managing cash and credit card payments.
· Balance cash drawer at the end of shifts and prepare reports as necessary.
· Assist with end-of-day reconciliation, including counting and verifying cash and sales.
· Address and resolve any discrepancies or customer issues in a professional manner.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the counter and preparation spaces.
· Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
· Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene are consistently met.
· Support team members with various tasks as required.
· Be flexible to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekdays, weekends, and PH.
