For our growing APJ business, Elastic is seeking a passionate and dynamic Senior SDR Manager to lead our expanding Sales Development Team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the hiring, enablement, and coaching of a talented group of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who play a critical part in driving the company’s success by developing the top of the sales funnel. The APJ SDR Team is composed of bright, creative, and driven professionals who are committed to helping users on their Elastic journey while generating new business opportunities for our Sales Team. As a Senior SDR Manager, you will also play a key role in shaping the future leaders of Elastic.

What you will be doing
- Lead the identification, hiring, and development of top SDR talent across the APJ region
- Collaborate with the Sales Strategy and Operations Team to define strategies and processes that enhance productivity and scale team growth
- Partner closely with Marketing to ensure effective lead generation, education, and nurturing strategies
- Align closely with Sales Executives to ensure a strong pipeline that supports monthly revenue targets
- Motivate the team through creative incentives and inspire them by promoting a shared vision and core values
- Regularly monitor and report on individual and team performance metrics, identifying key strengths and areas for improvement
What you bring
- Proven experience managing and scaling SDR teams
- 4+ years of experience in software technology sales and/or sales development, with a strong preference for experience in Big Data, Cloud, or Open Source technologies
- Successful track record in driving pipeline growth through both inbound and outbound prospecting strategies
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams across cultures and countries in a highly distributed environment
- Experience in APJ markets is a plus
