Responsibilities:
- Lead all civil and steel structural construction activities on site, serving as the subject matter expert and primary representative for the site.
- Possess hands-on knowledge and experience in civil and steel structure engineering and construction processes.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Ensure that all construction activities are meet quality standards and adhere to engineering plans and safety regulations.
- Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow for the project integration.
- Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget, including handling change orders and unforeseen expenses.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients, project managers, and other stakeholders on project status and performance.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 3-5 years working experience of civil engineering project management / building construction in construction industry
- Ability to review construction technical plans and equipment technical negotiation.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office & AutoCAD Software.
