Admin Assistant cum Driver

Malayan Council Gourmet Pte. Ltd.

1. Office Management:


  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Order and manage office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked.


2. Administrative Support:


  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Record meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant parties.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.


3. Data Entry and Record Keeping:


  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee files, financial statements, and client information.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

4. Communication:


  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communication.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth coordination of office activities.

5. General Assistance:


  • Provide general support to management, including handling correspondence, coordinating events, and assisting with special projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with office management software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and scheduling.
  • N/O Level, ITE or equivalent
  • Class 3 driving license is a big advanatage
